Any breakage of the glass after the customer has received the delivery of the skydome, whether during onward transport, storage, on the transport frame, during assembly and handling or installation on site, or breakage of the glass due to thermal shock or climatic fracture etc. are not subject to a claim and cannot be accepted.

Note: AAG skydomes - Protected Escape Routes(CHÚC) are used with upstand of minimum height of 30 cm.
